Mohit has previously worked with KPMG in management consulting and American Express credit card analytics. After working for large corporate, he then enjoyed stints at two startups in the consumer space as Head of Strategy and Head of Product Management. Currently serving as Executive Chef, Sahara Star Chef Salil has a rich experience of over 24 years across reputed hotels likeOberoi, Sahara Star and Amby Valley City. Having drawn into cooking because of his mother's delicious cooking, Chef Salil now draws inspiration from All grannies and housewives, the small time baker around the corner, the chaatwala and even the roadside halwai.

Chef Salil is enthusiastic about a concept like Let's Chef. He will be presenting his signature recipes to customers of Let's Chef and hopes that they would love what he has to offer.

Chef Charmi Gogri

Chef Charmi has masters degree in Food and Nutrition and is serving the Health and Fitness industry since past few years. She coaches people across countries and cultures to help them improve their lifestyle through diet, Yoga, stress management,sleep management and home remedies. The passion for fitness coupled with knowledge of nutrition inspires her to innovate and that reflects in her gastronomic creations. She strongly believes , 'Prevention is better than cure' and ensures, every meal that she crafts is well balanced with all the macro and micro nutrients needed for the body and yet appeals to the Indian palette.

She believes Let's Chef is for the urban health conscious populace who are busy but still want to try their hands on cooking.

Chef Amrozia Sayyed

Chef Amrozia Sayyed is a fitness ethusiast and Nutritionist by profession. She has completed her Masters in the field of Food Science and Nutrition. Her internship at Taj Sats flight kitchen in quality department makes her well aware about food Industry and health care setting. Currently she is working as a lifestyle and fitness coach. Being a foodie and nutritionist by profession, she understands food and knows how right kind of food impacts physical, mental and spiritual health. She follows mindfulness in every aspect of life and knows that health is much more than just restricted diets. Her mantra about food is to keep it simple and clean, run to your roots, accept traditions but at the same time experiment and grow, enjoy food and cook with love.

She says "Let's chef is one such platform which allows every individual to try out different kind of recipes. It empowers people who are short on time but wish to experience the joy of cooking. It also motivates amateur home chef to express love through cooking with least hassle."
