Shipping, Cancellation and Refunds Policy

This policy governs our shipping, cancellation and refunds.

We ship all orders received before 4 pm on the same day. All other orders will be shipped next day. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to
1. bad weather
2. flight delays
3. political disruptions
4. other unforeseen circumstances In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates. Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.
We do not levy any shipping charges on orders placed through our website. For free trial kits we charge Rs 50/- as shipping charges.
Customer can cancel the order anytime upto 1 hour after of placing the order. The customer can also cancel the order at any moment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time conveyed by,If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded back in the account as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.
Customer can return the meal kit delivered if at the time of delivery or upto 2 hours post delivery she is not satisfied with the contents of the box. The refund for the order will be initiated after such a complaint is registered and after the delivery boy has picked up the faulty meal kit. If no such complaint is brought forward within 2 hours of delivery, the meal kit is assumed to be correctly delivered in all aspects. No refund is possible in the latter case.
If you see charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on, but you never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf, to confirm that they haven't placed the order. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction to enable Let's Chef to begin an investigation.
